Our People

As a fourth generation, family-owned business, Shepherd Color is a company of people who brighten the lives of those on whom our work has an impact, specifically, each other, our families, our customers, our suppliers, our shareholders, and our community.

Our willingness to go the extra mile for the sake of building trust, maintaining confidentiality, and nurturing long term investments and relationships with employees and customers alike is a reflection of the integrity, sincerity, and genuine kindness of John and Tom Shepherd (3rd and 4th generation). Shepherd employees are quick to tell you what a great place this is to work. We take care of each other, we’re honest, and we all feel invested in and responsible for Shepherd Color’s continued success.
