It is the policy of The Shepherd Color Company to conduct all operations in an environmentally sound manner to assure that they do not adversely affect our surroundings and to assure their conformance with all applicable environmental regulations. In the absence of specific regulations, principles of sound environmental management shall guide us in all our activities.

At Shepherd Color we take health, safety, and environmental stewardship very seriously. Recognizing our responsibility to our customers, employees, community, and the environment, we've established an internal reclamation program and in-house safety audits that exceed industry guidelines and set a standard of excellence.
