Activated Manganese Dioxide Catalysts for Aerospace Polysulfide Sealants

Type D-High activity (>58% Mn) high surface area activated MnO₂. Will provide fast cures, excellent fuel resistance, and superior final hardness when used in PS sealants.

Type W-High activity (>56% Mn) high surface area activated MnO₂ with a higher moisture content. Will provide fast cures, excellent fuel resistance, and superior final hardness when used in PS sealants.

Type 2-Activated MnO₂ (>50% Mn) that can be used as a curing agent for a variety of manganese dioxide-catalyzed polysulfide sealants. Will provide somewhat different cures but still give excellent fuel resistance and good final hardness when used in PS sealants.

Activated Manganese Dioxide Catalysts for Insulating Glass, Architectural and Concrete Sealants

Type 2-NG- High surface area activated MnO₂ ideally suited for curing insulating and architectural glass PS sealants.

Type 2-Increased surface area activated MnO₂ that is suitable for curing a variety of insulating glass and building and construction sealants.
